2.   Place/Town and COUNTRY
3.   Event Title (& perhaps short description)
4.   Contact (URL or Telephone or Email or ...)

When you don't have an URL (home page) you can write more info like
description, beneficiary, fees, donations, charges, complete location/route
....(no map, no logo, no files!)
