The following is a request from William Franklin in NY for web designers.
This man is a known criminal and scam artist. He will have web designers do
work for him then he will use that work to earn profits and never pay the
designer. He will then dissapear, change his instant messenger handles and
look for a new web designer to scam.

This man is a fraud! If you know anyone who has been scammed by this person
please contact the Warsaw Police Department in New York.
