Decca always worked in deg min and decimal minutes, the only difference now
is that we have our positions to 3 decimal places not 2.
If you do want to convert seconds into decimal degrees simply divide the
seconds by 60, so 45/60 = 0.75 i.e. 50 36' 45" becomes 50 36.75' Since you
only have 2 decimal places here you would dial that in as 36.750'
Hope it works for you, but I would really check that your originals were in
seconds before you get too carried away!
