Hej Martin,
Ved ikke om du har løst dit problem, men jeg faldt lige over denne
tråd, da jeg søgte på samme problem - men jeg løste det ved at
udskifte "escapeshellarg" med "escapeshellcmd" i linje 82 og linje 89
i t3lib/utilitu/class.t3lib_utility_command.php - så virkede
kombinationen TYPO3 v 4.5.2 og wannafind "safe_mode on" hos mig. Ja,
selv "install tool" kunne finde den.
