Hi,

i´ve got a workin' preloader but i would like to show the user seperatly the
loading status of the sound, the 3d clips etc. it was no problem with a
normal movieclip.
But:

_parent.dyn_textfield = "sound: " +
Math.round(_root.soundclip.getBytesTotal()/1024) add " KB";

.... doesnt work with sound clips ...

"soundclip" is a MC on the _root
and "dyn_textfield" a dynamic textfield in the _parent of the preloader MC
....

So I tried to load the sound over an external .swf, via loadMovie
("soundclip.swf", this); but the preloader doesnt work!
