Elastic CSS layouts are based on em units for both fonts and
widths/heights so that the layout scales as the user changes the font
size. Such a solution is purely based upon CSS.

By means of some cross-browser compatible Javascript, I have sketched a
small solution for adjusting font sizes as the browser window is
resized.

Maybe I did not googled enough to find that someone has implemented the
same script, sorry! In that case, take my solution as my viewpoin

That cross-browser function isn't very cross-browser like. The script works
fine i Firefox but not at all in Internet Explorer - I didn't test it in any
other browsers.
