Can you help me about unlock Siemens S55?

I have Freia software version 15, I had install it in WinXP, I work with
original RS-232 cable and give the power supply in pins 1 and 2, like in:

but I had put directly the power supply of battery charger of phone instead
of 4,5V battery.

But there is not comunication, that is the list of Freia:

FREIA - Engine build 15, Frontend build 11
COMM_LoadBoots : selected phone family is 9
TTY_OpenCOMPort : opening Prodigy
TTY_OpenCOMPort : cannot open Prodigy
COMM_IsBootRunning : bootcode does not seem to be running
COMM_LoadBoots : Waiting to power on the phone ...
COMM_LoadBoots : phone is not powered on
TTY_CloseCOMPort : Closing Prodigy

Have you some suggest to activate comunication between my phone and PC?
Like how to modify my original cable (if it is that not work correctly)
