Min supportsag er nu afsluttet. Her er uddrag af kommunikationen med
Opera:

Hi support.
I have just tried Opera version 7.10, but it fails to logon my
netbanking account properly. However, it works in version 7.03.
The quick preference settings is:
Identify as MSIE 6.0
Accept pop-up windows.
Opera version 7.10 stops (but does not crash) when an applet on the
netbanking logon page is starting.
The URL is:
https://www.netbank.nordea.dk/netbank/index.jsp

Hello,
If you have problems on a page it will make it easier to help you to
know if it is a problem with Java or JavaScript.
Do any errors appear in either "Window / Special / Java console" or
"Window / Special / JavaScript console" when you have tried to use the
page in Opera? This may explain whether it is a problem with Java or
JavaScript and the details of the error may help with the debugging.
Just copy any text appearing in either of these windows and include if
you post to mailing lists, news groups, file a bug report or contact
Opera Support about this problem.

Sure.

No errors appear in either window. Content of the Java console is:
-- Opera Java Console --
Java vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.Java version: 1.3.1
type 'h' for help
--
Accept: true
The JavaScript console is empty.

The applet which should start with a box for entering the username and
another box for the password is apparently not started. It just report
"Applet loaded" and nothing more happens.
You should be able to test from your end, as this does not require the
key file from the bank to be present on your computer.
It still works nicely in version 7.03

Hello,
I could reproduce the problem and will follow it up with our Java
developers. It seems the bank has an alternative interface if you
disable Java, so this may be a workaround until we fix the problem.
This setting can be changed quickly from the menu that appears when you
press [F12].
