I am using Flash 5

I am creating a website using Flash. When the website loads it has it
foundation (The part of the website that never changes. this consists of:
company logo and link buttons) then, I have a movie that is a motion tween
(this explains what the site is about).

What I want to do is:

When you click on one of the buttons it make the first movie disappear and
loads a new movie. I have seen this action on other websites so I know it
can be done.

What I need to know is how to do it. I'm not to familiar with creating
actions to buttons. Please, if anyone could break it down for me, I'd be
extremely grateful.

Perhaps someone knows of a good website I can go to for in-depth tutorial..
