 | Blocking of attachment in Outlook after SP~

After upgrading to Windows 2000 SP3 the blocking of attachment in Outlook
and Outlook Express seems very strict and not changeable even in the
REGEDIT.
Do anyone know how to remove that limitation. ?
I think that MS should give a way how to avoid this, but......
