Hi Everyone

I am looking for Freelancers to list in my database for upcoming projects. I
will be creating a mailing list and all freelancers listed within the
database will receive regular e-mails inviting them to bid for the project
work.

There is no cost attached but Registered Freelancers will be expected to
undertake a test of their skills and submit references and sign up to a
confidentiality agreement.

Our criteria is pretty strict so if you are not up to the task DO NOT APPLY.
You only get one chance to be listed. If you fail the test or do not
complete the task, or even complete it late, you will not be considered.
