By Neil J. Rubenking

Excel's help is painfully clear: "You cannot insert graphics...in a header or footer." You can, however, simulate a graphic-logo
header. Put the graphic in the top-left cell, and size the top row's height to match. Choose Page Setup... from the File menu, click
the Sheet tab, and enter $1:$1 in the Rows to repeat at top box. If your spreadsheet is laid out so the data is not wider than one
page, that's all you need to do. If the data spills over into more columns than will fit on a page, you will need to invoke Print
Preview and locate the vertical page breaks, then copy the graphic to the cell just to the right of each page break.
Once you get this arrangement to your liking, you may want to create a template containing the logo graphic and the Rows to repeat
at top setting.
