"Original" and "RWS" are simply brand names used by Diana in different markets. Original was used in Britain (where Milbro had rights to the "Diana" name for many years), and RWS has been used in the US for the last 25 years or so.
Both Original and RWS have used the same model numbers as Diana themselves for the most part, so the Original 50 is the same basic gun as the Diana 50, RWS 50, etc. Many other brand names have appeared on Dianas, including the 50, as well.
The model 50 is a taploading underlever which shares many parts with the model 35 barrel-cocking rifle. It was made from the early 1950's to the about 1978, when it was succeeded by the model 50 T01, which had a longer cocking lever and major revisions to the trigger and safety (the latter shared with the model 45 barrel-cocker). This was replaced by the models 48/52 sidelever guns in the mid 80's.
There are many variations of stocks, sights, and other details on the model 50. Your gun probably has a date stamp on the left rear receiver telling when it was manufactured. We could perhaps shed more light here if we knew that date and some other details of the rifle.
