B-One support gives this answer:
The problem is that there are "dead" PHP-processes
that fills up his sites "process-quota".
Those processes are only killed during server
resets which is 2.00 at night or if we do
it manually.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to see
which PHP-script is run by which PHP-process.
So all we can see is that there are a lot
of dead PHP-processes.
Concerning the "process-quota", the limit
is 24 concurrent processes.
