If you distribute software as a self extracting EXE (or in any other
way), and use CDs for the distribution, sometimes, as you know, it
can be a little too complicated for the "average user" to insert the
CD, browse it, and click on yourfile.exe .

The "CD Front End 1" is a simple set of files that you can unzip in
the root directory of a CD. You then insert your EXE in a "\data"
directory. That's all there is to it. When the user inserts the CD,
the CDFrontEnd1 automatically finds your EXE file and generates a
window with a button that the "average user" can simply click.

The "CD Front End 2" is a little more advanced, and allows you to
insert an HTML-like presentation. A custom browser is included, so
no browser is required on the user's PC.
