Problemer med systemet - kan nogen hjælpe?~

Skrev også til en US-newsgroup..her den på engelsk

I've recently upgraded my system to/with :

T-Bird 1gig
Abit KT7 Raid Motherboard
512 MB RAM
IBM 45gb GXP
Asus 7100 Geforce 2 MX TV/out
SB PCI128
______________________

"Old parts" :
IBM 22gig and 10,2 gig
Cheetah Ethernet 100/10
Tekram SCSCSI-Contr
Asus 50x CD
Plextor 4x CDR

The computer was fine until i upgraded. Now I'm experiencing problems with

system freeze-ups and bluescreens. I run Win2k Pro.
When I run RAM-dependant progs as fx the 3D-prog Lightwave, I can use it for

hours. But as soon as I start a prog/game that runs from the HD a lot

(disc-swapping), the system often freezes, or I get a bluescreen. The
bluescreen

comes up with different errors - fx :

- Bad Pool Caller
- RDR File System Error
- IRQL not less or equal

And thereafter it just resets. In Win98 - the PC just freezes, I don't get
the

Bluescreens there.

I have ALL the latest drivers (VIA, BIOS, ATA, GFX)

I have tested all of my RAM in another machine...they are fine.

I have heard the IBM 45gb GXP is causing a lot of trouble...but often with

crunching-noises etc from the HD....not this kind of problems..or am I
wrong?

I'm getting pretty desperate..I have tried format/reinst...no luck. I just
can't seem

to find the error.

Does anyone have answer to what could be wrong with my system? I would

greatly appreciate any help.....plz

Thanx....

Du har for lidt ram alt for lidt til et win 2 k program der noget der tyder
på at du hller ikke har plads nok til din swap fil...
