Her er min opskrift på hjemmelavet iskaffe. Den er på engelsk, da den er
listet på et canadisk kaffe-site:
I made this one up this afternoon because it was just too hot and humid to
have real coffee.
You'll need for one serving:
A pintsize glass
1½ tsp of instant coffee I made this one up this afternoon because it was

1½ tsp of instant coffee ( i know you don't have it in the house, but go get
some
)
1 tsp of canesugar
1/4 vanilla pod (preferrably polynesian instead of bourbon)
1 tsp of hazelnut syrup
icecold milk, your favourite
icecubes
water
In the glass, add coffee, sugar, vanilla (the seeds
only) and syrup. Cover with a bit of water.
With one whisk mounted on your mixer, whisk the mixture until it turns into
a dark brown foam.
Add icecubes. Fill up with milk. Stirr. Drink.
