Ecco un bell'esempio di come funziona I Ching.

La domanda e di descrivere le vicende attorno un palazzo a Venezia,
quello conosciuto con il nome di Mastelli.

Il segno dei stranieri e appropriatissimo, siccome si trattava

ricco straniero. Accanto, nel vicino Campo dei Mori da una
nicchia ci osserva appunto il fatidico servo. Quel fratello
sull angolo con il naso strano e Rioba. Il sestriere e Cana Regio,
e ci si arriva, in una ventina di minuti, sempre domandando,
dalla stazione ferroviaria, prendendo la Lista di Spagna .

MASTEI o mastelli d'oro e un modo di dire, siccome i tre
fratelli erano ricchi come nababbi. I Ching ci informa nella
quarta linea che la ricchezza non porta la felicita. La quarta
linea e tipica dei quella gente che guadagna navigando anche
al giorno d'oggi. Sembra che i fratelli avevano altre residenze
nei paesi remoti ove viaggiavano.

La quarta linea del 50mo diagramma dimostra intrighi atroci,
probabilmente con i vicini di casa. SICULI INVIDIA NON INVENERE
TYRANNI MAIVS TORMENTVM, per usare le parole di Casanova che
conosceva invidie varie.

I problemi vanno risolti e ce lo annuncia il segno della
Principessa di Spade con la 5ta linea.

Infine il segno agiato del mercante ricco che guadagna tre volte
chiude questa informazione penetrante.

A beautiful example of how I Ching functions informs us of
three traveling brothers and their servant, as shown around
Campo dei Mori, Cannaregio, Venice and Palazzo Mastelli.
