Min Speedstream 5711 router (TDC bredbånd fra dengang det hed
Pro@ccess) døde under tordenvejret torsdag aften. TDC kan ikke levere
en ny router, og anbefalede at jeg selv skaffede en...
Jeg har så skaffet en Cisco 1401 router der skulle kunne klare det
også. Men den vil ikke boote korrekt. Her kommer hele smørren:

Det ser ud til den først prøver at boote fra flash og TFTP, og til
sidst ROM. Men der ser ud til der mangler noget software. Den finder
f.eks. ikke ATM interfacet, men skriver istedet dette:

Interface 1 unrecognized by boothelper
Betyder det der skulle have været et flashkort i PCMCIA slottet? Jeg
regnede med det var til udviddelser...
Er der evt. nogle der har sådan et kort liggende? Eller en 5711
router?
