I have a 6 year old PC with the soundcard and Graphic card soldered on the
motherboard. I will be buying a new PC with Intel core 2 Quad prossesor in
about 6 month time. Can anybody tell me if the new soundcards soldered on
the motherboards on new PCs have gotten any better in the last 6 years. Just
curious to what kind of quality i will get with my new PC.

Jeg har en to år gammel Medion med Intel High Definition lydkort, og det
lyder faktisk rigtig godt. Så godt, at den kan bruges til at lave lyd på
videoproduktioner og som VST instrument.

Egentlig er det ikke så meget chippen, det handler om, men faktisk
konverterne. Det er jo dem, der laver lyden.
