"flexible MDI-menu" and file-access
Fra : asd987

Hi,

I'm using VB6 and running Windows XP and have two questions.

1. I use a MDI-form and want to make a "flexible menu". There's a
menu-option "Web" which among others contains the option "Interesting
Links". This option contains a maximum of six selected links.
I want these links to be read from a file. Because the content of this file
can differ each time, the menu differs each time. It's something like in
Word where the four last used documents are displayed in the "File"-menu.

2. Is there a possibility to find out which song is played at the moment by
the WindowsMediaPlayer? The problem occurs when playong songs from a
playlist. Iwas thinking about reading the playlistfile and constantly
checking which of the files is accessed that time by the WMP. Is this a good
solution? If so, how to do it?

Thanks.
