Jeg fandt den her i anden NG så den har intet med mig at gøre men synnes den
var lidt sjov:¨
Its official.
Chloe now rings the doorbell when she wants to come in from outside. :)
She had been scratching at the door, and having painted steal doors, she
ended up scratching the paint, and the brass door kicker. So, I got the
wise idea to buy a wireless doorbell system w/ 2 bells. One for the front
door, one of the garage door (the 2 doors she uses).
I started with training to "get the bell" in the house, showing her the
doorbell unit, having her paw it, then with the bell rang, she got a treat.
Once she knew that "get the bell" meant, we moved to outside. We had to
rig up a unit to make it easier for her to paw at. The bell is mounted on
the door sill, on ablock of wood and we've got a spring hinge on top, that
is big enough that when she paws it, it bounces on the bell and makes it
ring.
Its so cool!
And I have already repainted the front door and have to replace the brass
door kicker next.
Its cool having such a smart dog. And nuked hotdogs make the best training
item. :()
