Financial Alliance for the purpose of independently financing and co-financing
several independent films for distribution in all medias including theatrical,
video, cable, DVD, video-on-demand, television, and in all other ancillary
markets.
Safety net and exit strategy includesutilizng A-list and B-list film stars,
co-financing of films by distributors, bank gap, foreign presales, and of
course revenue from several films spread across theboard and possible exit on
German Neur Markt Exchange.
We are looking for someone that realizes that current market conditions and
investments in companies that burn through millions of dollars in advertising a
month only to go belly up as the recent crash and burn of tech and net
companies is not the way to go. The same amount can be utilized in a medium
that has a global marketplace, especially with the emergence of multi-lingual
video-on-demand, new non-studio controlled megaplexes, and DVD.
