Er du lidt mere interesseret i Linux eller OpenOffice, er her lidt mere:
MacOS X har et fuldt brugbart BSD unix. Man skal dog helst ikke
installere fink/debian src pakker på et sted hvor MacOS X systemet kan
tænkes at overskrive ved opdatering. Det undgås ved benyttelse af "Fink":
