Firmaet tilbyder ovenikøbet at betale
"Thank you for drawing this issue to our attention!
We have been experimenting with shipping direct from North America to the
client, but unfortunately have run into several problems as a result.
Including the Tax issue which you have just highlighted!
When we began this experiment we were expecting the service to be quicker &
cheaper than the way we had been previously shipping from the U.K.
However with immeadiate effect we are now reverting back to the old system
of shipping from the U.K. as we are as unhappy with the results of the new
way of shipping as well as our much valued clients are!
In the meantime please fax the additional customs charges you have incurred
to this office on 1795 470436 & upon receipt of the official customs invoice
we will be more than happy to reimburse you the taxes incurred!
Please feel free to paste this notice on the newsgroups to advise all Danish
& Portugeuse customers that if they inform us in a likewise fashion that we
will be more than happy to reimburse them all the taxes incurred as well!
And finally please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience
caused!
Kind Regards
The Manager"
